Between the ages of being born up to about the age of six our minds are in the Alpha state.  What that means is our subconscious mind is wide opened for input from our family members.  When our subconscious mind is wide open we accept all information and pick up everything around our surroundings.  This is where core belief systems are established in each of our value systems.  Now, the subconscious mind excepts everything to be true whether the information is true or not true.
